Booking, Payments & Cancellations –
We take reservations via phone, email, or our online booking system. We accept all forms of credit accepted through Paypal. Please be ready to provide the billing address for the credit card used to make the reservation. The full balance is due at the time you make your reservations unless prior arrangements have been made . Cancellations less than 14 days advance notice are charged 20% of your scheduled stay. Cancellations less than 7 days are non-refundable unless the room can be filled.
Long term guests (30 days or more) will be charged a $200 deposit at the time of reservation and the deposit is retained as a damage deposit while a guest in the cottage. Long term guests will be refunded their deposit as long as the cottage is left in good condition and the keys have been returned. Deposits are not refunded for cancellation of long term rooms with less than 30 days advance notice.
Advance payment is due for monthly rate guests at check-in and due again every 30 days following the initial check-in date. A late payment fee of $50 is assessed for payments not made on or before due date. Non payment of monthly rent within 5 days will result in removal of belongings from the guest house.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements are made with the cottage hosts.
Check-out is 12pm.
